I wanted to thank you again for your course, Lead By Example. It taught me how to handle difficult situations with calm and authority. You also showed me how putting humanity and the primary goal in perspective can change the day-to-day thinking of how to manage. I have also witnessed the change in other supervisor’s from the training and believe they have completely transformed and feel better about themselves as well as their abilities. Hopefully, we will be able to send all Supervisors thru your training soon!

This course with Mr. Harari has been invaluable to me because it has taught me how to lead by example and be the kind of leader that I would want to follow. It has taught me the importance of bringing out the best in others, how to build trust but also how to set boundaries!
It has taught me that there is always a bigger picture if I just take the time to sit back and see it. There is just so much that this course has taught me, and I feel that anyone who is in a Leadership position would greatly benefit from taking the course. It was not your typical Leadership course, it was so much more!
