I would recommend this Leadership course to new and experienced leaders. The course provides knowledge and skills about essential core functions of leadership including the principle of humanity, effective communication, and team-building strategy. This course included a variety of activities that promote new learning, vulnerability and provide practical tools that can make a real change.

This Situational Leadership was an eye-opener in many aspects of the leadership function. It allowed me the opportunity to look at myself as a leader and reevaluate. It showed me what changes can be made to make the team stronger. Also, it points out various issues which need to be addressed from a human perspective while not losing sight of goals. This Course points out key aspects of leadership which occur throughout various roles and how the management of these aspects needs to be addressed in all team members. Eli navigated between the aspects of a leader/friend and a leader/manager that showed very well the way these two aspects can combine successfully to build trust and increase effectiveness.

This Leadership course was very practical and useful in work here at the DSS. Rising to be an effective leader to help facilitate effective and productive workers is a win for everyone.
