Right, here we go, the second common mistake. Using low-impact communication level.

Colloquial words, talking too fast, we’ll talk about that more in the future.  But the idea of communication being loose words and talking and just swallowing words and not being specific is a huge miss of an opportunity.

Because when you communicate with people, it is YOU and your words are your ambassador if it makes sense to you. They represent who you are and people listen and feel so don’t be loose and make sure that when you speak, you pause and you speak in a clear way, and again we will talk about that in a bit more. But make sure you make the best out of that opportunity.

Use HIGH IMPACT words, smile, get the feeling going, and don’t be shallow and colloquial because that will peg you as a low-level leader person.

Try to prepare yourself to speak in such a way that you carry an impact that people cannot miss.

This one is another one of those levels that if you build on you’ll get a high rate of success as a leader, as a person.
